* Important Note:

Our processing operates on business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed late in the day or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the nextbusiness day.

* Shipping & Delivery (Transit Time):

   After your order is processed and leaves our facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, it's handed over to our trusted shipping partners. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

* For international orders:

Delivery times can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs procedures and postal services, usually ranging from 7 to 21 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

While we always aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact delivery timelines. These might include peak seasons (like Eid holidays), customs delays for international shipments, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in such rare instances. Dear Valued Customer: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for a return if the item is not as per described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as same as you received it, unworn/unused.
