Once your order is successfully placed, our dedicated team begins preparing it for shipment. The processing time for each product varies. You'll find the estimated processing timeframe clearly stated on each individual product page. This period accounts for the time it takes to pick, pack, and get your specific item ready for dispatch.

* Important Note:

Our processing operates on business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed late in the day or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the nextbusiness day.

* Shipping & Delivery (Transit Time):

   After your order is processed and leaves our facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, it's handed over to our trusted shipping partners. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

* For international orders:

Delivery times can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs procedures and postal services, usually ranging from 7 to 21 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

While we always aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact delivery timelines. These might include peak seasons (like Eid holidays), customs delays for international shipments, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in such rare instances. If you have any concerns about your order's status, please refer to your tracking information or don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Dear Valued Customer: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for a return if the item is not as per described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as same as you received it, unworn/unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@houseofscotland.pk. If your return is accepted, you are requested to send the package to the below address by using standard shipping and NOT by FedEx or DHL.
